Valkyrie with runic word \"Peace\"

A question about the rune word Peace, in particular about the summoning of a level 15 Valkyrie from this word. She disappears, literally after a few seconds. If I upgrade my Valkyrie with points, let's say she is level 20, will a weaker version be called instead of her from the rune word?
