I started vilett game payday 2,I downloaded a couple of mods and started to fly sooner too, vyletalo but rarely,do not know how can I be kind always 60 frames,and crashes.PLEASE HELP!!!

Corny that fashion to the cause. Take them out and reinstall the game and either do not use third-party software or crash constantly. I have vanilla, also 60 FPS and nothing crashes.

the game itself is unstable, and the mod crashes happen more often. If the game crashes during loading, then remove the last installed mod, if during the game, maybe the mod will be updated and crashes get. In an extreme case, read crashlog.txt(it lies somewhere in C:\Users\*User*\Documents\PayDay 2), it will indicate what mod(or several) causing the error, not to worry about what to delete.
