Black screen and crash

I read everything on the forum, repack from the mechanics. I installed old firewood for my laptop, tried to turn off hardware acceleration 1 time it started, then the same thing. Steam launched, tried the game itself with and without the Internet, when launched on behalf of the admin, offline steam mod errors come out - accounting in English does not help. I don't know what to do, I'm already frustrated...
