Limit FPS through riva tuner, it helped me. Drawdowns and starters disappeared.
Post-processing, shadows, textures - medium. Smoothing max. The rest is low.

Sometimes you start the race and write "out of video memory", 8 gig is not enough) even on medium textures - it's useless, in general, either memory leaks or optimization failed
