Unreal Engine - remove soap from the engine

In any non-high-budget game on the Unreal engine, you can improve the graphics in the following simple way > Start the game, configure, play, exit. We go along the path (in our case TrailOut)
C: Users Your name AppData Local TrailOut Saved Config WindowsNoEditor further into Engine.ini and insert
