Mechanic broke down

When calling a mechanic in the GTO, as usual, a context menu appears with a list of garages and cars in them, when you click on the desired car, the mouse and view are blocked for 15 seconds, and then "unavailable" appears. And this is on both of my characters. I tried moving cars from one garage to another, changing garages to different ones, etc., but nothing helped.
