Installed mod on zombie Aiden. Game crashes

I installed the Aiden zombie mod, did everything according to the instructions. I went to the game menu, pressed continue the game and the game crashes when loading. Without the mod, the game starts and everything is ok. How can I play with the mod, what should I do?
