Got a lifetime ban

Good day!
Please tell me who came across and how to solve it, bought FIFA 23 in the Turkish steam account, specially created a naked origin account for it with the Turkish region, played for 3 hours and got a life ban, and I don’t really understand why. Inside the game, I carried out the transfer of literally three players, bought for ipk for 300 coins, but this does not seem to be illegal) wrote in support but wait 30 days there, I'm not sure if they will answer at all. Has anyone experienced this issue and knows a quick fix? Can it somehow be possible to untie the origin account from Steam in order to link a new clean one? I have no idea what to do at all ..
