Open .RAS File Format

I need to find out what program is used to open .ras files, I have already checked a lot of things but it doesn’t work, the file in which there are models, textures and animations, sounds in general, everything is from the game Max Payne 2, there is no forum for this game, I am writing here, no matter how much I need a program, so how do I open the .RAS file?
