What are the badges on employees?

On the cards (I'll call them that) of employees in the lower left corner there are some icons: someone has an asterisk, someone has a light bulb, a circle in a circle, a cube, a puzzle. There is no help or advice anywhere. What it is? Also, a certain type of employee on this card has abbreviations (Mechanic - REP, Meteorologist - PRD, Agent - KACH.) and numbers that after my first rally decreased and turned red. Please explain what all this means or give a link where there are explanations. I can’t find it - in the search for the game, continuous reviews come out.
