GTA: Vanilla Mod - Skidrow error

At startup, it knocks out the Skidrow error, I looked at the account of this error in the ReadMe: FAQ, but I did not find anything about this error, there is also nothing on YouTube (at least I could not find it).
Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?
