Editing Texmod Textures

If at least someone sees my post because the game is already 13 years old, Carl ..

I want to make a request. I am looking for a person who UNDERSTANDS Texmod and knows how to edit textures. For all texture mods for all parts except Arkham Knight are launched through Texmod.

The fact is that I play with an armored suit and I would like to repaint the cape in black. But despite dozens of different skin mods, not one of them has a cloak repainted! :(
In the original it is blue-violet.

Has anyone been able to get the textures

of the cape and recolor it? Please contact me if you can help me.
