Stuck in Layton's store - French layout

I can't get through the first time interacting with Layton in the store. On the keyboard, the game asks to press "3" to switch to skills, but the key does not work, and there is no binding for this. So you are completely stuck and can't move on.

This is a French keyboard. Can any of the developers solve this problem please?
