48 fps in Dark Souls3 - what to do?

Guys, we need help. Briefly up to date: I love souls games. Wanted to play DS3 after the first one. But here's the problem - low fps. In all utilities it shows me that the fps is not more than 48 fps. No matter what settings I use.

After thinking about it for a long time, this is what I came up with. In some games, such as GTA 5, when choosing a screen extension, you can choose between two options. In my case it is between 1920x1080(120hz) and 1920x1080(48hz). My screen refresh rate is 120, hence I have the most fps on it. Terrible at 48 fps.

And now, trying to understand what is wrong with me with DS3, I realized that the game runs at a frequency of 48hz, which is why the FPS is terrible. And if in other games I can change it to the 1920x1080 (120hz) option, then in DS3 there are no such options.

Question to you, forum users - what to do and how should I be?

PC configuration if anything: Intel core i5 9300H, nvidia rtx 2060(6gb), 16gb RAM
