The first one is like a cut, located in a canal in Mare.
The 2nd and at the same time the 3rd (it also seems to be a cut, indicated by an arrow) are located on Saint-Antoine Street, which is next to the Bastille, with a place where you need to jump into the moat:

Hello.
You can open the 1st door a little later from the other side.
You canâ€™t open the 2nd door, you can only get there through a bug, there the developers left some unfinished content, maybe they will open it later with updates or in the form of DLC.
