Blueprint: Performance II

Here is the second chapter, in one of the chests, I found a drawing of a unique skissor (performance). To create it, you need some kind of glove adorned with bloody scenes. He climbed all over Africa but never found such a glove anywhere. Has anyone been able to make this performance? And if so, where did you find this glove?
