What templates to use for divisions?

I've been playing for 2 years but not an expert.
Please tell me which templates and in what quantity are best used against Germany for the USSR in 1941.
Unusual, simple and I can do.
By the word unusual, I mean mountain with marines, tanks with artillery, etc.
