Severe fps drop please help

. The joke is that when the FPS drawdowns, the load on the percentage soars to 100 and drops to 0 on the vidyuhu. Before that, an hour ago, my laptop began to hang hard for no particular reason. Configuration: vidyuha : rtx3060 laptop pc
