Can an early build already say that this is a new level of the GTA game series in terms of graphics?

There are no graphics yet. The settings in the PC builds are at most average in order to give at least a little satisfactory performance. On the footage, it is noticeable that fps drops below thirty. No optimization was done at these stages. Because it's still early.
