All this garbage you have because of vidyuhi and RAM.
What card do you have? How much RAM?
It can also appear due to background programs. In short, listen:
1) press CTRL + ALT + Del (Task Manager)
2) If you have XP, then press "processes"
3) Close all processes under your username except EXPLORER and SYSTRAY, and close the last process taskmgr, it's more convenient and try downloading the game.
If you have another Windows, then press the same keys, and there find all these processes - it's not difficult.
