Mass Effect 3 - vignette effect

Is it possible to somehow turn off the vignette effect without turning off other effects, it's just unrealistically annoying, as if you are looking through a spyglass, why couldn't this be added to the settings.

I did this guide, as a result, not only vignetting is turned off, but also other effects, such as the gorgeous lens flare effect, and color correction also changes.
