MMORPG without primary classes

I love RPGs, including MMORPGs. Is there an MMORPG in which you don't choose a class at the beginning of the game, but create it yourself during the game? For example, as in Dark Souls, you pump strength, agility, defense, health, etc. And maybe more skills or combos like in Skyrim. I have been looking for such a game for a long time, even after watching SAO.
Preferably in first or third person, not top view.
