MK11 freezes low fps on good hardware

MK freezes and fps drops heavily on rtx 3060 12 gb, 32gb intel i7 RAM, ssd samsung 1tb, as soon as you turn it on everything is fine, but after 30 seconds hard drawdowns begin, sometimes it sticks off by 60 fps, but mostly 14-20, Windows is fresh all drivers are up to date

To fix this, you need to go into the task manager while the game is open, go to the performance tab, search for mk.exe - and set the CPU affinity to "everyone".
