Long War of the Chosen after the first mission there is no way to make a first aid kit

After the first mission, after returning to the ship, I go to the engineering compartment, there is a video, after it I offer to make a first-aid kit, but it is not on the list. Because of this, there is no way to get out of there, the game does not react to anything. Alt+F4 only. I can't find a solution anywhere, what could be the problem?
