Screen scaling issue (Reservoir Dogs)

Just recently downloaded this game. Review more or less. So I downloaded RePak from Morozov, installed it, I go into the game and here I see only part of the screen. I tried to change it in the screen settings on my computer. Did not help. And the menu is invisible, just some red crap
