Hatred startup problem (Hatred)

After buying hatred in steam, I came across a problem, after launching there is an introductory video after it, in fact, there should be a main menu, but then the game just collapses and that's it! I actually unfold it and it folds again, I don’t understand what the problem is, the PC is fully compatible with the system requirements, can anyone come across this problem and was able to solve it?
