Reduced constant frame rate from 50-60 to 20-30. Help solve the problem. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After some time in the game after the next launch and loading the save, I noticed that the frame rate from 50-60 dropped to 20-30 and above 32 fps does not show there, as if the limit was set, although there is a limit of 60 fps in the settings. My hardware: GTX 780 I7 4770K 16 GB RAM. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to resolve it?

I have I7 + 980, my experience suggests that this is solved either by rebooting the computer or simply restarting the game.

first play for 10-20 minutes and start the task manager and find mdm.exe in it and kill the process
if the fps rises download Dr.Web CureIt and FreeFixer and treat this trojan! Helped me

Trojans are not treated but removed. And the antivirus is not needed here, you delete the process through the manager and then delete this file.
