Where to find Zoltan or Roche (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hi all. Rummaged through a bunch of guides on gwent. Everywhere it is written about cards from the quest "Old Comrades", but nowhere is it written where to get this quest ... Please help. Thanks in advance!

Zoltan in the story. Quest "Harlots" or something like that. Roche will be easy to find after beating Khivay in gwent: a marker will appear on the map. Zoltan himself will point out that Roche is playing.

Rocher can also be found in the story a little later. A quest about a bastard.
