Launch on GoG and Steam. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Can I somehow run the game in parallel through GoG and Steam? And then without Gog, achievements and playing time do not count.

Can be tied to Steam as a third-party game. There will be no achievements, but the game time will display.
