Monster Hair (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Perhaps this topic has already been but where to get the hair of the monster? I know monster components (monster tongue, monster feather, etc.) besides monster bones can be obtained by parsing other components, but I have not met a monster from which hair can be harvested.
