Running GTA 5 on Windows 8.1 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hi all. I decided to download a pirate for the time being, since there is no extra money for a license. In short, I have such a problem that I downloaded the game from a torrent, but it only runs in background processes. My friend downloaded the same repack, but it went with him. Although his computer is 2 times weaker than mine. I have Win8.1 and he has Win7. Could it be an OS issue? Or something else, I don't know. Please tell me what can be done

Reinstalling windows helped me. It was 8.1, but put 10 and everything went well. But I collected the repack myself with a tablet from reloaded for playing online.

I had a video card from AMD. I don't even look at them anymore. This is HELL for gamers. Especially flying drivers.
