Patches CoH2 AA (Company of Heroes 2)

Guys tell me please, where can I get a patch for Company of Heroes 2? Namely v3.0.0.16569 and v3.0.0.17132. If they are not there yet, then how to solve the problem with setting up the army? I don't have commanders. That is, in battle, command points are accumulated, but I canâ€™t call anything.
