The Witcher 3 does not see any mouse or keyboard (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I haven't been able to play Witcher for a week now. when you start the game, the computer stops responding to the mouse and keyboard. Don't skip the video, don't press play. I completely demolished the game (along with the folder in the documents), installed other repacks. the problem remained.
