The screen resolution does not change. (Mortal Kombat X)

The resolution is 1280x720 and the maximum resolution is 1366x768. I found the item in the settings, but it does not change. I tried to change through the file, also to no avail. If there is any way please share.

I had the same thing, the very first thing that came to my mind was to reinstall the game. It helped, everything was great. Apparently the game downloaded somehow crookedly.
