Decided to try to deliver, everything works. Just make a copy of the blob.bundle file before installing.

can you write how?
Starting the .bat file will start QuickBMS, first select the Witcher3.bms script file and open it.
bms is not available anywhere or gog is needed.

there is a link in the readme where you can download bms. Catch http://rghost.ru/6cb5Z5fSG
Run reimport.bat, select witcher3.bms, then blob.bundle in the game folder, then go to the folder with the mod files (it's called Mod2), write * and click Save. The program will overwrite the files.
