Steam achievement (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

For some reason, Steam may not display messages about receiving an achievement, The main message in The Witcher 2 is that the achievement is received, the message pops up in the lower right corner, there are no messages in The Witcher 3. Does everyone have it?

You may have steam messages disabled in the game. Check the game settings in the library, you may have disabled them.
