Spoilers. Kaer Morhen. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Who can participate in the battle for Kaer Morhen?
I had Leto, Keira, Triss, Yennefer, Roche and Bianca, Ciri, Zoltan, Eskel, Lambert and Vesemir there.
Can anyone else join there?
And I know that this question has been asked 10 times on the forum, but there is no way to save Vesemir?
