FPS drops at regular intervals (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

FPS sags at certain intervals. Conf in profile. Game version 1.04. The game is stable at 80+ FPS, but every 2-3 minutes the FPS drops to 25-30 for 5 seconds, regardless of whether I'm in the center of Novigrad or on a bare plain. Neither the processor, nor the disk, nor the video card in these friezes change the load values.
Has anyone come across?

Nvidia penultimate firewood (those for GTA5) are worth it. with profile for the witcher 5 fps is cut, lol

the system is crystal clear (replaced it yesterday), but it's a good idea about the antivirus, I'll check it.

I found a solution: completely uninstalled the game, with all registry keys, reinstalled and stuck the last saves. I guess the fault of the lags was changing the registry manually so that the patch saw the game
