No wound recipes (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Found a bug when in Novigrad from a herbalist (from the one next to the quarter where sorcerers and all sorts of rabble lives) you buy recipes for improved grenades "Moondust" and "Northern Wind" (or when you find them somewhere), then they are not in the list in alchemy, as if these recipes do not exist, although there is information about obtaining the recipe and adding it to the catalog. Who faced? Did you find solutions?
