Guy topic like this if you still have a bug. Go to the additional tasks and find there a task called the mouse tower and go through it after you come to the keira and that's it

Speaking of Keira. She can be persuaded to go to Kaer Morhen. But before that, you can ask her to give the notes about the plague to Geralt and Keira agrees. And if you do not take the records from her and she goes with them to Kaer Morhen, then she really goes there? Or running to Radovid?
