It is quite possible that TS had such a situation: having chosen flags (possibly, inscriptions and camouflages), having no gold on his account, he did not uncheck the box from "Forever" to "For a month". The solution to such a problem can be ... selecting the "For a month" checkbox.
It is also possible that the author wishes to add his own version of the flag/emblem. In this case, you need to either make the mod yourself, or download it from third-party sources. But, in this case, the modified flag, as well as skins with remodeling, will be visible only to you.
