5% gold for a succubus trophy (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

For a trophy (the hair of a girl who had to be killed in one of the quests and whom I spared), 5% of gold is given (the same property as 10% chance to cut off a limb and 5% for a fatal blow to a person / monster). But I don’t understand: merchants will offer more money for my goods, or people will give me an extra ten coins for witcher orders, or maybe the third option?
