Berengar's notes in Kaer Morhen (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Among the ruins of the fortress I found Berengar's note, and in the inventory it fit as a "thing for the task." Nobody knows if he is in the third part and is there a quest with him? Well, or where can I find the rest of the notes?

I found it here, in a room with a grate, there is also a hole at the top.
