How to revive an NPC after being attacked by vampires? (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

some strange crap happened in Whiterun, got rid of all the vampires, like NPCs disappeared on the street, a couple of corpses are lying around. in the end, all the merchants were lost somewhere if they were killed, is it possible to somehow revive them or something like this?

has a mini mod about 200kb that prevents vampires from randomly attacking cities, they will only attack outside)

Yes, there aren’t vampires at all, I don’t even know who attacked and where the NPCs went

In Whiterun in the "Drunken Merchant" there is always a live and awake merchant )) even cats sometimes camp at the gate. This is in case the cheats fail.

I strongly advise you to install these two mods.

Ordinary NPCs will hide in houses when attacked by dragons and vampires, and accordingly will not die.
The guards will attack as they should.

Try this mod "Populated Cities / Busy cities"
Mod description This mod has only one goal - to "revive" all the cities of Skyrim, by adding additional NPCs that will roam the cities and interact with their new environment.

During the day, several NPCs will appear and walk around the city, interact with the environment, and sometimes talk to each other. They will go to different parts of the city completely randomly, and once they reach the right place, they will look for objects to lean on, sit on, or just eat somewhere. When night falls, they will go to the local tavern - there they will interact with the inner environment, just as they do outside.

New NPCs appear every day to replace the old ones, and among them you will see peasants, farmers, nobles and travelers and other NPCs that will roam the cities, just adding atmosphere to the game. New NPCs will be in the city all day until 8am, and then they leave the resting place and new NPCs are created in their place.

This opens up new opportunities for thieves. Fresh karmamas will always walk around the city, which are just waiting to be cleaned. For assassins, there is an infinite number of citizens they can practice their assassination art on.

Currently, 10 NPCs will spawn in all major cities (Riften, Whiterun, Markarth, etc.) and 5 in smaller cities (Falkreath, Dawnstar, Morthal, etc.) So far, these are only Nords, Imperials, Argonimans and Dunmer among which will be nobles, peasants, farmers, travelers, etc.
Or this More NPC in cities

cheat resurrect to revive, but for this you need a corpse of an NPC

With merchants, this trick will not work. The corpse will revive, but the line "What do you have for sale?" will disappear from the dialogue branch. No need to give stupid advice.
