Can't use magic (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The character stopped using magic. In battle, he writes "Cannot be used in battle", without a battle "Now it is impossible to do this"
What is the problem?

No, the glitch happened after loading the save. I wanted to replay the line of answers, a fight began and the signs can no longer be used. Magic works on saving -6 hours of play and 5 levels.
