Recipe question: "Improved Moon Dust" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In general, in short: I bought the recipe "Improved Moon Dust" from the herbalist in Novigrad, I go to the alchemy menu and this bomb is not there! that is, not at all, neither in the backpack ready, nor in the list of recipes. I have the usual "Moon Dust", I already use it to the fullest. And with this such an opportunity came out (it became interesting, am I the only one who encountered this? The game is licensed, Steam version.

You have the recipe displayed because you haven't made the bomb yet.

Advice to the rest, if you desperately need to improve the bomb, then throw it out of your inventory, and then create it again and immediately improve it without leaving the alchemy menu.
