Deactivate the game purchased on Steam (Test Drive Unlimited 2)

Please tell me how to deactivate the game? I bought it on Steam.

you don't have to do anything, when you reinstall Windows, download Steam, you will have all the games in it. It remains only to download them from Steam or from a disk and that's it :D

When you buy a game / activate a key in Steam, the game is tightly tied to your account.
You don't need to deactivate anything, just delete it.
