The Witcher 3 won't start

Hi all. I have such a problem, on the day of release I downloaded the witcher (Steam) I launched it and played normally. And now I decided to play a little in steam, I launch the game and nothing happens, nothing at all. Already reinstalled twice, cleaned with CCleaner and nothing helps. How to decide? PS Other games are running. Repack Witcher did not download. Installed the license on the day of release.

The most banal answer - try to check the game cache or reinstall.
Look also in the task manager to see if the process appears and / or at what stage it crashes.

I already wrote that I reinstalled it twice, the cache also checked everything goes fine. The processor does not appear.
