Game won't start (Terraria)

In general, I installed all the files that were in the folder with the game, but as soon as I launched it, there was no result! Exactly the same problem with other games on the XNA Framework. Although the problem may be in the NET Framework. I really ask for help :(

Had the same problem. Install Microsoft XNA 4.0 and it will work.
If not, install this in addition: DirectX Web Installer, NVIDIA PhysX System Software, Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013 RP (x86/x64), Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5, OpenAL (Open Audio Library)
This Pak prog necessary for games.
