Where to look for Lambert? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I have already assembled a decent deck for Gwent, many heroes, including Geralt and Ciri. So the quest now asks me to play with Lambert. Where to find it, I have no idea. There are no tags anywhere, only fast travel is marked, but there is nowhere to go. In general, where to look for Lambert?

Spoiler if you haven't met Lambert yet - look for him in Novigrad, complete the vampire contract together
later, after you turn in the quest - you will find him in the tavern
later - he will be on skellige
and the last time you can find him is kaer morhen
